I am. Hopefully the next kernel will resolve.

This, unfortunately, is one of the things that I do NOT like about Arch. I never understood the need to be at the bleeding edge on kernel releases. Heck, I think I'm still running a 2.6.37.6 kernel in Slack and an even older one in CentOS. They both work fine. :)

I have not ran across that problem even though I have a realtek card:

Actually, Arch does not use bleeding edge kernels (unless you mean ones in AUR). Archlinux uses the latest stable kernel from kernel.org.

Latest stable is bleeding edge compared to what Debian, CentOS, or Slackware are using. ;)

In the process of trying to find out what was giving me this error, I found that a possibly related error was also happening regarding my AMD processor. Read more about the "microcode" errors on this thread about the NOHZ soft_irq baloney.

I installed the amd-ucode package from AUR as someone there suggested. It got rid of my microcode errors at boot... and seemingly the NOHZ error. However, the latter error is very intermittent. We'll see...
