Boot Camp or virtualization?

I just bought the unibody 15 MBP with anti-glare (the one I was waiting for, as I hate the glossy which is my Dell laptop screen.) It has a 500GB HD drive with 4GB RAM and 2.8 Core Duo. I am not sure what to do as I want to run Windows on it. I am debating back and forth on whether to run Boot Camp or buy a virtualization software. (I see that Scot intends to review the VMWare Fusion.) If I do the Boot Camp, then how should I split the hard drive. If I do virtualization, which is good Parallels or VMWare? Or doesn't it matter? In either case, I know I need the size of the hard drive, I was thinking 200GB for Windows. Why? I am a computer programmer and probably will install Visual Studio along with MS SQL Server. This is the main reason why I got the MBP. As well as other stuff that runs better in Windows or only in Windows. The other thing is that I am going to learn on doing mac programming, other reason on getting the MBP. When Apple announced the unibody in June, I was upset with no anti-glare option still. I hit Google and try to find out if they will get it back or other comments to give Apple feedback. I came across to a blog and someone post a comment, he is a Windows computer programmer and uses Boot Camp saying that he runs a great software (MS) on a great hardware (Apple). I laughed as that was my intention too.

I'm running VM Fusion on my iMac. I like that option because I can go back and forth between OS X and Windows. I use Spaces and have Fusion running in Space 2 with OS X in Space 1. Can't help you with drive space. I think I just accepted the defaults when I installed Fusion, since I only needed enough space for XP, Quicken, and QuickBooks.
