ross549
Hey Cluttermagnet...... Thanks for your continued contribution to the forum. The MVP status is our way of saying thanks for continued participation and help at Scot's.
V.T. Eric Layton
Oh, MVPs aren't Staff. You shouldn't tarnish their honorable reputations that way, Acadia. Think of MVPs as hard-working drones of the community. Staff are just a bunch of dumb soldier ants.
securitybreach
Exactly Adam Right Eric
Acadia
Oops, was not thinking. M stands for Microsft and not for Moderator. Congrats then Clutter for the MVP thingie. Acadia
Urmas
Yo Moose! Micro... what? Nope, not in this case. Stands for "most[est]" -- except in James' [M. Fisher] case it stands for "Minimally".
Acadia
??? Acadia
ross549
An MVP at Scot's is a Most Valuable Poster..... a distinction reserved for this form. A Microsoft MVP is another thing altogether. Adam
securitybreach
I think the term MVP originally came from sports and meant Most Valuable Player.
Acadia
LOL, maybe someday I will figure out the secret codes that this place uses. Acadia
ross549
I think the term MVP originally came from sports and meant Most Valuable Player. I was one of the orginal batch of MVPs waaaaaaaay back in the day, and the acronym was Most Valuable Poster. Some took it to mean Minimally Valuable Poser... LOL Adam
V.T. Eric Layton
I was a Most Valuable Poser here for a while, then they made me an Admin.
ross549
Does cluttermagnet know there is a mandatory 3 post per day requirement for all MVPs? Adam

frapper
I was a Most Valuable Poser here for a while, then they made me an Admin. Or was that poseur, Eric? Congrats, Clutter!
Guest LilBambi
Clutter didn't find this thread yet?! Guess he doesn't look at the top of the forum on the main page....
V.T. Eric Layton
Or was that poseur, Eric? Nah... bikers do the black leather, chains, and tattoo things, but that's different than punks or goths. Although, when they mix in a crowd it's hard to tell the difference; usually the goths and punks are substantially younger. Heh! Me neither. Actually, it looks like the biker doesn't miss many meals.

V.T. Eric Layton
Oh, and if y'all are wondering how we got to this, I was assuming that Frapper meant THIS meaning of the word "poseur".
