Guest LilBambi
This topic by a CERT researcher at the Black Hat security conference: It's rare but not unprecedented for Black Hat presentations to be cancelled. Volynkin, a research scientist with the university's Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) was due to give a talk entitled "You Don't Have to be the NSA to Break Tor: Deanonymizing Users on a Budget" at the conference, which take places Aug. 6-7 in Last Vegas. ross549
I see from Wikipedia that the project was sponsored by the Naval Research Laboratory. What are you alleging? Massive back doors, or gross incompetence? In any case, TOR was not "foisted" upon us. It is made available for your use, should you decide to do so.
