Well, good news for you because this is a pretty simple process (no rooting or hacking required) and the app you need is available for free, so it won’t cost you anything at all. Here’s what you’s need: A Nexus 7 (obviously) A Google Voice account (sign up here if you don’t already have one) Download and install GrooVe IP Lite from the Google Play Store (it’s free) Somebody to call (we can’t help you here)..... http://omgdroid.com/...nexus-7-tablet/ Of course, google voice only works (for free anyway) in the United States.
