John Paul
I just got the PCLos 9 and burned it. During boot-up it spent about a minute going through variations of: khubd timed out ep0in and: khubd timed out ep0out .It eventually booted and works fine, but is there something that needs to be changed? Thanks,John Edited August 26, 2005 by John Paul
BarryB
JohnDo your usb hubs function properly, I think there is an issue with internal usb hubs and modules with some of the 2.6 kernels..
John Paul
I didn't try any USB devices in while in Linux excpet I tried to setup the printers and it said it couldn't install whatever was needed. In PCLos 8 I used a USB memory stick just fine though. Thanks,John
linuxdude32
Does it take longer to bootup? Does the problem disappear if you have no USB devices connected? Probably nothing to worry about according to this post:http://www.mail-archive.com/linux-usb-user...t/msg13712.html
John Paul
It does take longer to boot than PCLOS 8 did.The only USB devices connected were two printers and a USB HDD but none were on.Thanks,John
ikerekes
I got those messages quite a bit until I figured that my via based mobo likes only the acpi=off nolapic boot code. (faulty bios)
