packages dropped to aur

When an Arch package is moved from the official repos to AUR, are the reasons for that move usually posted somewhere? The package's AUR page seems like an obvious place to look, but, for example, I don't see any explanations for why inxi and mirage were moved when I look here:

I'd be surprised if inxi in particular was dropped due to lack of popularity, so maybe "other reasons." It would be nice if details were provided right there at those packages' AUR pages, but I guess it's no big deal.

Why not pose the same question at the Arch forums or on Josh's G+ site. :whistling:

From the inxi site,

Arch Linux: inxi is in either in the Community Repos or in AUR (it varies year to year), so just install inxi as you normally would any other package. It's usually reasonably current.

h2 has been very active with inxi development recently, converting it to Perl from bash/awk and adding some new features.
