The problem is it installs in the extreme upper left corner of the monitor and it is impossible to move as the top of the program is beyond reach. I've tried everything to get this to move where I can use it but nothing works. I hope someone has an answer. I wrote the author of the program, but he failed to respond. I am assuming you are running XP.Move your taskbar to the top of your screen so that it is going from the top left of your screen to the top right. And then lock the taskbar. The "Start" button should be on the top left of your screen and your clock on the top right. (If your taskbar is already like this just skip to the next paragraph)Open the program. If it is still hiding behind the taskbar, unlock the taskbar. I should force the program to lower below the taskbar. Now relock the taskbar.This method has worked for me on many programs. (here is the website if anyone wants to test this themselves, http://homepages.ihug.com.au/~roadkil/down...nload_page.htm) I always have my taskbar running across the top of my screen, not the bottom, which is the default in XP. I right clicked on the taskbar and hit the "unlock the taskbar" option and Detector popped right down. Your task bar has to be running across the top of your screen, not the bottom, for this trick to work. You can move it back to where you like it afterwords.Move your taskbar to the top of your screen first, so that the "Start" button is in the top left hand corner and the "Clock" is in the top right hand corner, and lock it. It did not make any difference. Odd.As far as why, I have no idea. Maybe it is a programming error/overlooked. Me being a person who has the taskbar on the top of my screen all the time, I run across this somewhat often.You are welcome. I am just glad I could help. Well, another way to keep progarms on top of the taskbar, is to make taskbar hide first, and then, drag the application up in the screen, and close it.
