I am curious as to how & where exactly F-bird stores the following:

  • Cached internet files (=~MS's TIF)
  • Cookies
  • History
  • Auto-complete entries
  • File =~ MS's 'index.dat'

Okay... The first 4 are easy... :)Everything is located in your profile folder :P

2000/XP:  C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Phoenix\Profiles\default\xxxxxx.slt9x/ME: C:\Windows\Application Data\Phoenix\Profiles\default\xxxxxx.sltLinux:  /home/USERNAME/.phoenix/profiles/default/xxxxxx.slt
Cache is found in the Cache folder (The Cache.Trash folder is used if Firebird crashes)Cookies are in cookies.txt (cookiesperm.txt is for popup blocker permissions IIRC)History is in history.datAutocomplete is in formhistory.datI don't believe there's anything similar to the index.dat as I don't know exactly what index.dat you're talking about... I think it's a Windows Exploerer thing, but I'm not sure...
