Robert Posted April 9, 2016 Author Share Posted April 9, 2016 This is strange. The reason I need to change the default is the pdf files show up too small to read and it is not easy to enlarge. So I just used the Ubuntu software center to UNINSTALL Libre office so I could get back to work. When I clicked on the next pdf file it still opened in Libre office, but was large and readable. securitybreach Posted April 9, 2016 Share Posted April 9, 2016 You need to make the change in firefox. Firefox -- Preferences -- Applications -- Click the dropdown on the right beside Portable Document Format (PDF) and choose Use Other. Then navigate to the executable of the app you want to use.
