abarbarian
I have lost my W7 ESP partition. This is complicated as I have it set up on a NVME ssd and W7 does not have drivers for nvme's and it is a tad tricky doing an install. Bearing the above in mind is it possible to replace the lost ESP ?? Can I copy and paste someone else's partition ? Do I have to use the install medium and use the rescue facility , if there is one ?? Bear in mind I had to make a special usb install stick to get 7 running on the nvme. Any help would be most appreciated folks.

abarbarian
Hi Fran I could not have done it without your link. Took me some time to figure out how to apply the fix to my particular set up but I made it in the end. So thanks again and if you ever get to blighty there is a bottle of shampoo on ice reserved just for you.
