That hard drive subsequently died due to a bad power supply.From what I am understanding the disk image was then transferred to her new hard drive. (hard to do tech support in IM with a deaf person...).She is trying to locate old emails that she had saved prior to the crash and that were included in the imaging. Is it OS 9, OS X, or OS X with OS 9 (dual boot), or OS X with Classic support? I'm leaning more towards one that has OS 9, because you mention OE and Outlook, which only run under OS 9.You mention a "disk drive image" was created. How was this done?
