I have a smart phone with the Android OS on it which I get email on just to keep up with it until I get back to the base unit. It usually is just look at and delete them. This is where my confusion comes in at. I am under the impression that after I delete them, they should be gone from the device, but, on numerous occasions, several days later that some if not all are still hanging around. If delete does not in fact delete from the device then what does, where is it, how do I activate it and any other advice/hints/help that you can give me would be really good. But, I think I am getting the picture in regard to what you are saying since one of the settings is "delete email only when I delete them" and that is on the desktop unit. Are you using EarthLink's app or the built in Android one. The reason I ask is because Android only really supports gmail and google inbox. I guess you could say that it is sort of a off shoot from Mozilla. I have the Earthlink email set up on the Android phone since it is my primary.
